Clinical Tracking Observation Of60Patients With Stable Copd Pulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome

【Objective】Many scholars have done extensive researches on pulmonary qi deficiencysyndrome of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Now we on the basis ofthese studies, determine the tonifying qi method for the treatment of the principle, usingLiuwei Buqi Capsule in clinical research, observation of changes of the stable COPDpatient with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome, including lung function, the number ofacute exacerbation, grade dyspnea, clinical symptoms signs, TCM SyndromeEvaluation and6minutes walking distance, to observe the effect of content ofinflammation factor in peripheral serum, such as CRP, TNF-α,IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ, toinvestigate the clinical effect of tonifying qi method on the stable COPD pulmonary qideficiency syndrome. In order to verify the theoretical treatment in stable stage ofCOPD guidance, further demonstrates the application of Qi therapy can effectivelyprevent acute exacerbation of COPD, can slow down the development of disease, canimprove the clinical symptoms, can slow down the decline of lung function, and canimprove exercise capacity and quality of life.【Methods】1We collected60patients and randomly divided them into two groups, one groupwas Observation group, and the other was control group, each of two groups had30people. When enrollment is successful, start medication, Patients in the observationgroup oral Liuwei Buqi Capsule.12months later, patients stop taking medication andscholars continue to observe patients until the end of the observation period.2The observation period starting point is the time patients successfully added intogroups. The observation period lasted for24months. In the point of the observationperiod, zero month, twelfth month, twenty-fourth month, two groups were observed inpatients with pulmonary function, dyspnea scores, TCM syndrome score,6minutes walking distance and serum CRP, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ changes before and aftertreatments.3According to the observation indexes different, by using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware analysis, using appropriate statistical methods and data processing; Numericrepresentation is the mean and standard deviation of plus or minus（x±S）.【Result】1After statistics analysis, two groups of patients with general information includesgender, age, disease severity before treatment, there was no statistically significantdifference, and comparable.2Control group patients’ serum TNF-α, CRP levels over time is increased.Observation group after treatment, serum TNF-α, CRP levels decreased significantly (P<0.05), although for12months after drug withdrawal content increased, but comparedwith the control group was lower (P <0.05), with no significant difference (P>0.05)before using this drug.3Observation group of patients with dyspnea score, CAT scores, syndrome score12months after taking capsule significantly decreased (P<0.05), and in the12monthsafter drug withdrawal still had the lower than the control group,(P<0.05); Theincreasing trend between the control group (P <0.05); The starting point of observationgroup compared with24months have no obvious difference (P>0.05).4According to this study, take capsule can improve pulmonary function andquality of life in a certain extent, can reduce the acute attack times, can delay theoccurrence and development of COPD process...
