Objective:To test the three patients with allergic skin diseases in serum total IgE antibody and specific IgE antibody levels, and analyze the allergen types and results, to provide certain references for better diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the disease in the clinical work.Methods:Choose275cases of patients with allergic skin diseases in Shanxi Medical University dermatology clinics from March2013to November2013, within which154cases had urticaria,92cases had atopic dermatitis, and29cases had eczema. All the diagnoses were on the basis of Chinese clinical dermatology diagnostic criteria.30cases of control group, serum were collected from the normal in volunteers in this study, have no history of skin diseases and systemic diseases. Use western blot method and the German Medwiss Company’s Allergy Screen allergen detection system, detect the diseases in patients with serum total IgE and specific IgE antibody (sIgE) and analyze the allergen categories rankings of inhaled group and food group. SPSS16.0statistical software was applied to different diseases group serum total IgE and specific IgE (sIgE) test results were analyzed, and the count data rate comparison between using chi-square test, with P<0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1. In the three kinds of allergic skin disease patients, the serum total IgE of196cases was positive, the positive rate is71.27%; The serum total IgE positive rates of urticaria, eczema and atopic dermatitis were different, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=20.105, p<0.001).2.123cases’ serum sIgE of three kinds of allergic skin disease patients were positive and the positive rate was44.73%. Among them, the positive response to an allergen sIgE47cases (38.2%), and to respond to more than two and allergens positive for76cases (61.8%).3. The three kinds of allergic skin disease patients,123cases of serum sIgE positive, positive rate was44.73%. The three kinds of allergic skin diseases patients serum sIgE positive rate were significantly higher than normal control group and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.001).4. The positive rate of inhaled allergen-sIgE was higher than the food allergen,64.93%and35.07%respectively. Among them, the highest sIgE positive rate of inhalation allergens was dust mites/house dust (23.13%), followed by cat/dog dander (11.94%); The highest sIgE positive rate of food allergens was shellfish/fish/crab/shrimp (10.45%), followed by mango/peach/apple/cherry (7.84%)Conclusions:1. The positive rate of total IgE was different in urticaria, eczema and allergic dermatitis, and the highest is urticaria, accounting for81.82%.2. Most of the patients with allergic skin diseases exist two or more allergens positive reaction.3. The serum slgE positive rate of Urticaria, eczema and allergic dermatitis were significantly higher than that of normal control group.4. The positive rate of inhaled allergen-sIgE was higher than the food allergen. The inhaled allergens were mainly household dust mites/house dust, cat hair/dog dander. The food allergens were mainly shellfish/fish/crab/shrimp, mango,peach/apple/cherry.
