Analysis Of The Clinical Result In Artificial Hip Arthroplasy In Treatment Of Old Patients With Femoral Neck Fracture

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical effect of the clinical result in bipolar hemiarthroplastyand total artificial hip arthroplasy in treatment of old patients with femoral neck fracture.Analysing the postoperative complications of artificial hip joint arthroplasty and therelations between Osteoporosis and postoperative hip pain. In order to give clinicalindications for the operations in femoral neck fractures.Methods: Follow-upsixty-five more than sixty-five years old cases with femoral neckfracture who were treated with hemiarthroplasty for femoral neck fractures from Mar,2005～Jan, 2007(time ranging over 1 years and 4 months) and count HHS of postoperativepatients, measure the Q who were happened of postoperative hip pain. Use low moleculeheparin and huo xue tong luo tang prevent deep venous thrombosis.Results: In all 64 cases, bipolar hemiarthroplasty "fair" rate 84.3％, total artificial hiparthroplasy"fair" rate90.3％,2 cases DVT(3.12％);8 patients had postoperative hip pain. 5cases from hemiarthroplasty group, 3 cases from total artificial hip arthroplasy. The more Q,the more pain scores of HHS. Q is correlated positively with the Harris pain scores ofpatients with artificial hip arthroplasy, R~2=0.8065.Conclusion: Artificial hip arthroplasy is a good treatment method for old patients withfemoral neck fracture, total artificial hip arthroplasy is better than hemiarthroplasty.Osteoporosis had a positive relation with postoperative hip pain. The effect of huo xue tongluo tang combine low molecule heparin prevent deep venous thrombosis better thansimplicity use low molecule heparin. literature report.
