Clinical Observation On The Effects Of TKRPM Combined With Morden Medicine For Anovulatory Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency

Anovulatory infertility is a common kind of infertility in women, and it accounts forabout 25%-40% of infertility. Although the disease doesn’t lead to die, it is the source ofdistress itself, falling out between couple and family. It has become a essentially medicaland social problem, So people pay attention to seek every therapy for infertility. Tonify theKidney and Regulating the Period of Menses is a main method of TCM for anovulatoryinfertility. It is proved clinically well to retrieve ovulation dysfunction and regain normalmenstrual cycle. The works, aiming to studying the clinical efficacy of the method ofTKRPM for infertility, consisted of literature overviewed by analyzing the references aboutinfertility and clinical study of TKRPM.combined with morden medicine.Literature Overview:In the paper, the author has reviewed the ancient and update datas on knowledgeespecially etiological factors and therapies about infertility. the ways to monitor ovulation、ovulation induction drugs,complication and the experience of many treating infertility weresummarized. At the present, there are many problems about therapy for infertility bymodern medicine, but Tranditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides much valubleexperience on this disease. Chinese medical science thinks that kidney deficiency is theessence of the pathogenesis of infertility, and the clinic efficacy of the method of tonify thekidney is very good. So it is necessary for us to study the therapy for infertility by TCMcombined with mordern medicine.Clinic Study:AIMS: Under the guidance of the theory of TCM and his experience, Professor XiaGui-cheng, points out. the metheod of TKRPM to treat infertility.Summaring Professor Xiaand my advisor’s experinece on treatment of infertility by the method of TKRPM, thenobserving the clinic curative effect and studying the mechanism, aiming to seaching a moreefficient therapy for infertility. METHODS: The programme of clinic study is designed intotwo groups. In TCM treated group, 30 patients were treated by the method of TKRPM: in another group 30 patients were treated by TCM combined with morden medicine.Threemonth made up one therapeutic course.As the same as, syndromes, basic bodytemperature, results of B ultrasonic-wave, and hormone in serum were observed.Thecurative effect was evaluated as recovery, improving obviously, improving,invalidation.RESULTS:In two groups, there are patiens 10,8,10,2and 6,12,12,0 conceivedby treatments respectively.The clinic effective rate of different groups were 93.3% and100% respectively. The mean-cure-time for pregnant of two groups were (8.20±2.35)months and (5.17±1.72)months respectively. The clinic effective rate and thepregnant ratios of two groups were not markedly difference(P＞0.05), but themean-cure-time for pregnant of the second group was markedly shorter than TCMgroup(P＜0.05) CONCLUSION: The method of Tonifythe Kidney and Regulating thePeriod of Menses combined with induction drugs can cure anovulatory infertility muchmore shorter than using TCM only. So choosing this method to treat infertility has a certainprospects, it is necessary to further studying mechanism of this method.
