Objective:In this study, the patients with ovulatory dysfunction due to liver depression and kidney deficiency were taken as clinical research targets to intervene ovulation with the induction of air flow acupuncture. The clinical effectiveness of the induction of air flow acupuncture was objectively evaluated by comparing it with the chorionic hormone commonly used for injection of western medicine to promote ovulation, and the improvement degree of this acupuncture on patients’ ovulation was explored. In order to determine which scheme is more efficient, safer and more easily accepted, and then provide new methods and new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:Using the control method before and after self-treatment,72 cases of ovulatory infertility patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type were included in this study, and they were equally divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupuncture to assist in the flow of Qi,while the control group was given chorionic gonadotropin for injection. From the 11 th day of the menstrual cycle, the changes of the patient’s follicles were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound. When the size of the follicle reached 16mm≦follicle diameter≦20mm Treatment was continued until the acupuncture was stopped after color Doppler ultrasound monitoring of ovulation. The clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome score, basal body temperature, pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, and follicle diameter were evaluated after treatment.Results:(1)Age distribution: Statistically, there was no significant difference in age between the two groups(P=0.564>0.05),indicating comparability.(2)Comprehensive clinical effect control: the total effective rate in the treatment group(81.82%)was better than that in the control group(78.13%).Statistical analysis showed that P<0.05,indicating the existence of statistical data.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: comparison between groups before treatment:there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating comparability.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference is obvious and the treatment is effective.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: P<0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment of air stimulation acupuncture has more advantages in ovulation induction effect than conventional western medicine injection.(4)Comparison of changes in basal body temperature: The body temperature of the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group respectively before and after the treatment, and the treatment in both groups was effective. There was no significant difference in post-treatment body temperature between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.933>0.05),indicating that there was little difference between the two groups. The effect of breath stimulation and HCG injection on basal body temperature was almost the same.(5)Observation of treatment times in the treatment group: among the 28 patients who produced ovulation,24 patients could produce ovulation after 1-3 treatments, accounting for85.71% in total.(6)Ovulation rate control: after treatment, the ovulation rate of the two groups increased significantly, and the ovulation rate of the acupuncture group(84.85%)was significantly higher than that of the drug group(62.50%),P=0.038<0.05,the difference was significant, and the data were truly meaningful.(7)Pregnancy rate control: After treatment, the number of pregnancy in the two groups increased, but the number of pregnancy in the treatment group was more,P=0.031<0.05,P value was statistically significant.(8)Follicular diameter changes: comparison between groups before treatment: P>0.05 was comparable, but the difference was not statistically significant. The diameter of follicles in the two groups was significantly different after treatment, indicating that the treatment was effective in both groups. After treatment, the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,the treatment group is superior, there is a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Both chorionic tropin injection and qi-stimulating acupuncture have certain clinical effects on ovulation dysfunction infertility(type of liver depression and kidney deficiency).(2)In the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility(liver depression and kidney deficiency)patients, the treatment of Qi stimulation acupuncture is more effective than ordinary injection of western medicine.(3)The ventilation induction and drainage acupuncture has the characteristics of good effect, significant drainage promotion, safety and green, which is better than ordinary western medicine injection treatment. It is easy to be accepted by women with ovulation disorders, and worth to be widely used in the field of reproductive health. |
