The Short-Term Curative Effect Of Using Reinforcing Kidney And Regulating Menstrual Period Method To Treat Patients With Hyperplasia Disease Of Breast

Investigation Background: Hyperplasia disease of breast, the disorder of normalconfiguration if an incomplete physiological hyperplasia or instauration happened. Theincidence of this disease accounts for 75% in the breast disease, and 40% procreant agedwomen were ill with this disease approximately. Almost experts draw a conclusion that10%～20% patients suffered from cancer. So, treating patients with hyperplasia disease ofbreast has an important clinical meaning and a wide application foreground. In thetreatment, modern iatrology commonly focus on endocrine method or operation, but it hasevident side-effect. At present, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the rightway. This article expatiates using reinforcing kidney and regulating menstrual periodmethod to treat patients with hyperplasia disease of breast. By observing short-termcurative effect and discussing the mechanism, it can supply a new prevalent, applied andeffective method.Methods: 22 cases were randomly divided into one treated team（A） and two comparedteams（B、C）. The patients from treated team take herbal decoction in the theory ofreinforcing kidney and regulating period, and that ones from control team B are givendecoction of herbal medicine by oral administration in the theory of "soothing liver,promoting blood circulation and regulating Chong Meridian and Ren Meridian". The restof control team C take Guizhi Fuling capsule. After three weeks therapy, all patients receiveobserving the change of mammary ache, tumour, basic body temperature and the level ofestradiol （E₂）、progesterone（P）、prolactin（PRL）.Results: The total clinical effective rate of treated team are obviously different from twocompared teams（P＜0.05）.It can effectively control "target tumour", lighten pain andimprove systemic syndrome（P＜0.05）. The level of E₂, P and PRL of treated team A aftertaking drugs are little different from those of before taking drugs. But it has no deviation（P＞0.05）. Level of E₂, P and PRL in control team B or C has no significant change （P＞0.05） after treatment. Compared with control B, the level of E₂ does decrease （P＜0.05）.Compared with control C, the level of PRL does decrease （P＜0.05）.The level of P in treatA team has obviously increased（P＜0.05）. However, level of E₂、P and PRL in control B orC almost doesn’t change after therapy （P＞0.05）.The ratio of E₂/P in team A is the lowestamong 3 teams after treatment ,but this deviation has no statistical mean （P＞0.05）. Aftertreatment, team A can prolong the high temperature lasting time and shorten climbing time（P＜0.05）. And compared with two control teams, there is obvious deviation（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Using reinforcing kidney and regulating menstrual period method to treatpatients with hyperplasia disease of breast has prominent curative effect. In addition, it can adjust the level of sex hormone, optimize luteal function in a certain extent. Thus it canimprove the pathological changes of galactophore.
