Qing-ci,aslo known as Lu-zhang, is an important style in Taoist ritual ceremony Qing-ci style sees its prime years in Song Dynasty when it exerts a great influence in all aspects of society. This paper aims to explore the overall outlook of Qing-ci in Song Dynasty, which so far has been little studied.The introduction of the paper reviews the research background of Qing-ci, and the research methods and innovations of this paper. Chapter One focuses on the definition, origin of Qing-ci in an overall way. Chapter Two is an data analysis of Qing-ci based on the "Quan Song Wen". Chapter Three defines different types of Qing-ci and makes an in-depth exploration of each. Chapter Four is dealt with the literary value of Qing-ci. Chapter Five analyzes the study of Qing-ci retribution. Chapter Six presents a critical literature of Qing-ci. Chapter Seven concludes the present research.
