Chu Wanghua is a famous composer, pianist in Australia. In his half century’s writing career, piano works accounted for a large proportion in his creation. His piano music is deeply rooted in the national soil."Chinese style" is the starting point and the creating goals of his writing career. Piano music "Jasmine" is worked by Chu Wanghua in Australia in2003. Through long time accumulation, Chu Wanghua has a good composition techniques, learning in the western further enrich his music creation means. He makes his piano works have ethnic color when Chu Wanghua began link the western modern composition techniques with the Chinese five tones. In this study, from the angle of harmony disposition, the writer analyzes the harmonic color of Chu Wanghua Piano Concerto "Jasmine Flower", digs out his harmony configuration feature. So that people can more intuitive understanding of the composer in the creation of harmony, more in-depth understanding of the piano "Jasmine Flower", and then obtain the profound insights on the performance.
