The information technology makes the online teaching process in the interactiveactivities become more and more abundant. In the same time various types of synchronous,asynchronous interactive methods of online learning have been widely applied. Blendedlearning is an international educational technology after the learning concept. It includes thetraditional teaching and the network teaching and the complementary advantages. It hasgradually become the education technology academics explore new areas. In the informationof higher education in-depth background, blended learning for teaching reform of highereducation, expansion of colleges and universities teaching resources to solve the shortageproblem to offer new thinking and method. After nearly ten years of research, the traditionalclassroom learning and network learning complementary model of blended learning inteaching reform in Colleges and universities is widely used.In order to achieve the purpose of teaching and learning, blended learning makestraditional face-to-face learning and web-based learning advantages of combining, and itintegrate different learning theories, different techniques and methods as well as the differentapplication methods to implement teaching. Blended learning to promote the networktechnology of modern information technology education in the diffusion and permeability,have very important real sense. In blended learning in the process of implementation, BBplatform is to ensure the smooth development of the technology of blended learningfoundation.Applied writing course is a public class students in the university period must be opened,course aims to enhance students’ use of language ability and written expression ability, toenable students to understand the nature, characteristics of the common applicationdocuments, more proficient in writing methods commonly used instruments, in order to meetthe needs of different jobs of the future.This topic in blended learning theory and the BB platform as the foundation, this articleis on the Applied writing course in the teaching process to the collusion problem analysis,discussion, in the classroom teaching how to take case driving teaching method and driveApplied writing course based on autonomous learning, and the learning network writing learning, group learning mode hybrid learning. The aim is to improve the learning efficiencyof college students writing this course, and to improve students’ writing ability and objective.This thesis has six parts:Chapter one gives a general introduction to the research content, subject background,research methods and its significance;Chapter two begins with the illustration of the meaning, theoretical basis and researchstatus at home and abroad at home and abroad of project-based learning.Then, Chapter three gives a outline of the characteristics of Blackboard platform, andmakes an feasible analysis on the projects under the Blackboard platform;Chapter four focuses on the learning environment, learning activities, learning evaluationof project-based learning based on Blackboard platform combining with the requirements ofcourse content and project-based learning design of Applied writing in network environment.More than that, it also displays the curriculum model of Applied writing based on Blackboardplatform;By looking into parts of Applied writing, Chapter five carries out project-based learningpractice based on Blackboard platform by analyzing Volume investigation, work analysis,classroom observation and so on to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness ofproject-based learning practice based on Blackboard platform. Furthermore, it also makes ananalysis on the factors which has an influence on project-based learning;Chapter six gives a brief conclusion of this thesis and point out its insufficient, and givessome suggestions on the further research.
