This thesis uses the method of cultural factors analysis and cultural introduction theory, bases on the history and current situation of Chinese teaching in Italy, chooses two representative textbooks——"Contemporary Chinese"(Italian version) and "Italian learns Chinese", studies their cultural factors and their cultural introduction pattern, then presents the cultural introduction methods in Italian Chinese learning classes. The cultural factors in Italian Chinese textbooks can be divided into communication culture and knowledge culture. Communication culture includes life style, mode of thinking, food habits, customs, sense of worth, aesthetic sentiment and moral norm; knowledge culture includes economy, education, science and technology, system culture, history and geography and language culture. The two textbooks both focus on the introduction of communication culture, and emphasize the practicability of cultural introduction. In terms of cultural introduction mode, the mainly mode is recessive. As to cultural introduction way, they both use words, texts, notes, practices, reading and pictures, and words is the mainly way.In Chinese teaching classes in Italy, the cultural introduction methods can be designed in four ways:first of all, stressing the comparison of the cultural differences between China and Italy, avoid the negative transfer from their mother language; in the next place, collecting relative cultural background, explain those culture that contained by words,texts and pictures; thirdly, combining cultural introduction with language skill training, add some language skill training such as listening, speaking, reading and writing through the cultural factors that been introduced; last but not least, paying attention to communication practice, the students could acquire the culture factors through communication practice. According to to teachers, they should promote their cultural accomplishment; be familiar with Italian culture, introduce some Italian culture is beneficial to culture acquirement; strengthen their intercultural teaching sense and cultural sensibility, perceive those recessive culture and reveal them to learners; train the students’ intercultural communication sense, use Chinese thinking mode to learn Chinese.
