Floating Children has gradually become a hot issue in recently years, the author thinksthat the main factors is adaptation and healthy which affect the floating children’sresilience. And resilience is a popular topic. Lots of measuring tool has been found both inabroad and at home, but all of them is not suitable for floating children. This study isdevelop a new measuring tool which based on interview and resilience process model.After interview the excellent24floating children, we compile a questionnaire whichincluding personal items69and social support items31. We take preliminary test in235floating children. After the project identification degree analysis and exploratory factoranalysis we retain18personal items and24social support items. In18personal itemswhich contains four factors that is grow up in failure、the pursuit of goal、positive cognitionand interpersonal harmony, α>0.9. In31social support items which contains teachersupport、family support and friend support, α>0.9. Retest sample contains311floatingchildren, confirmatory factor analysis support the structure validity of the scale.Correlation criterion with other scale,person correlation is0.54which could support ourscale’s external validity.Analysis shows that:The dimension changes in questionnaire could reflect the floating children’s resilienceis peculiarity, this scale is necessary.The floating children’s resilience is in the medium level, the highest score isinterpersonal harmony, the lowest score is grow up in failure.Gender difference in the score of the floating children’s resilience, female higher thanmale.Academic record difference in the score of the floating children’s resilience.Class leader difference in the score of the floating children’s resilience. Class leaderhigher than others.
