Social Work Intervention Of The Hohhot Children’s Welfare Institution

With the enhancement of the national emphasis on social welfare and thepeople the sense of People’s social responsibility,orphans and disabledchildren are growing up with more and more attention. Living and learningconditions of orphans and disabled children in the orphanage and their adaption to social life, are not only of their own destiny, but also related to theproblem of fair distribution of social resources and social stability andharmony. Existing policy and social concern can protect orphans and disabledchildren’s lives and learning to a certain extent, but the current mode ofoperation of the Children’s Welfare Institute is still in a transitionalphase.There are many problems in the phrase of orphans and disabledchildren receive, dependent, and the return of the social links. This studyfocused on the stimulation orphans and disabled children’s protection,inanother word,we will study their self—identity and physical coordination.The paper is composed by introduction, the main three chapters and theConclusion.The introduction explain the main statement of this thesis, thebackground and significance, research methods, research purposes and theliterature reviewed.The first chapte mainly explained the specific circumstances of the workenvironment of social work intervention and intervention object detail andanalysis, and then find the entry point of the social work intervention–theway that orphans and disabled children to establish self-identity and physicalcoordination’s enhancement.The second chapter, introducing the specific progress of social workintroduction. Following the procedures of social work intervention, we firstestablished an initial relationship with the orphans and disabled children toobtain their approval and trust of the premise, using the methods of group work and case methods to expand the involvement of work, recording andanlysising the intervention process and content of this social work intervition.In the third part, on the basis of analyzing the initial results of the socialwork intervention from the preparation stage,summing up the area forimprovement on he stage of preparing,intervention and following up service.The conclusion is a comprehensive summary of this article. Reiteratedthe suggestions of the orphans and disabled children’s social work in sixaspects.
