| Home-based care is first proposed by western developed countries.Our country some scholars started as early as before the founding of new China pension problems,but the real full pension problems began in the 1980 s,the ministry of civil affairs at the national advocacy community service,this for home endowment laid a high starting point,the current home endowment is conducted for the elderly in the community service network services developed on the basis of.At present,the definition and content of home-based care have different opinions,but they are much the same.Su Zhenfang professor in "an ageing population and pension mode" from the current level of economic development and the will of the elderly will be "family pension mode" is defined as:old people according to their own intend to live in the "home",mainly by the family,including children,spouse,and individual)to provide economic support,provided by the community,the society for the elderly life care,medical care and spiritual comfort services,provided by the national policy support and system guarantee a social endowment service,is the socialization of family pension.The home-based care model puts forward new views on the choice of the endowment place,the content of service and the form of service,which infuses vitality and development impetus for the pension model.Taking home endowment pattern in our country as the background,by the author in Changsha city Yuhua district Gaoqiao street Wuyi community,social work through a needs assessment of home endowment service object,based on the social work program for Wuyi community of practice and related research work,using qualitative research method,case work,group work,community work with the combination of professional services,to explore family endowment service object in the social work intervention in the process of transformation.The whole study is of great theoretical and practical significance for the social work intervention of residential care service in Changsha. |
