Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home Care For The Elderly

In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the research of the development of pension services.With the improvement of the medical level and the quality of life,the average life span of human beings has been extended and the mortality rate has been reduced.In addition,the population structure of our country is gradually changed by family planning and the influence of people on the transformation of the concept of childbearing.Then,the aging phenomenon of each province in our country appears in turn.China has entered the aging stage since 2000 and continues to increase.By 2018,the proportion of aging has reached 11.9%,and the degree of aging is more and more serious.The aggravation of aging has promoted people's basic demand for local pension services,and increased the need for diversification of pension services.The country expects that by 2020,the number of the elderly over 60 years old will increase to 255 million,accounting for about 17.8%,and the number of the elderly,disabled,living alone and empty nest will further increase,so the expenditure on pension services,pension facilities,medical welfare,pension system and other aspects will continue to grow,and the task of coping with population aging is very difficult.Due to the change of social population structure and social environment,the traditional pension model has not met the needs of the contemporary pension.The change of people's concept of pension also promotes the community home-based pension gradually to become the mainstream model in China's pension system.China's community-based home-based pension model started late and began to be popularized and gradually accepted by the public in recent years.China has always attached great importance to the development of pension services.In view of the aggravation of the aging problem,the state has issued a series of policies and plans related to community-based home-based pension,in order to promote the development of pension services,meet people's needs for pension services,and improve the elderly A sense of happiness and belonging.While the communityhome-based elderly care service in China has made new progress,there are still many problems.This paper takes the community home-based elderly care service in Qi county of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,and chooses three representative communities in Wushen Banner,Ordos City,Inner Mongolia as the investigation scope.The research uses sampling survey to analyze the samples;through literature,questionnaire,interview and field research,it goes deep into the community,explores the community home-based elderly care service mode,and finds out the existing problems of the community home-based elderly care service in Wushen Banner,which mainly presents 14 major problems in six aspects,and puts forward the top-level design of the government is insufficient,and the system of supervision and feedback This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,such as inadequate degree,weak financial purchasing,imperfect infrastructure construction,single mechanization of service platform,lack of service items and insufficient attention to the combination of medical care and nursing care,and puts forward 13 countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects,mainly to strengthen the top-level design of community home-based pension and establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism These countermeasures and suggestions will provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of the elderly care in the future,and promote the development of the elderly care service in the county,which has certain social significance and use value.
