Study On The Operation Scheme Design Of Community Comprehensive Service Center

Community service which is accompanied with the economic development andsocial progress in the community development process, is a product of industrializationand modernization.Shenzhen city began to carry out "social work pilot service" in theyear of2007. And then Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan and other Pearl River Deltacities also began to follow the “social work pilot plan”. The government purchasedprofessional social work services from social institutions. Thus community servicecenter began to emerge in the Pearl River Delta and social service which providesservices in the community is relyed on the workstation by integrating the resources.Italso could be called “community services model”. This model is to try to make up forthe shortage of community workstations because of excessive administration and ittakes the active communication, in order to make the community public service give ahand to the people in need so as to improve the service level of residents work.This paper introduced the development situation of domestic and foreigncommunity service center;combined with the actual situation of N town communityservice center and made a survey about N town elderly, disabled, children andadolescents, family service needs, then designed the service project planning of N towncommunity on the whole, including the project development process, project servicetarget, the specific time of project service and the specific methods on project evaluation.Then made a designed of N Town Community Service Center for specific servicesscheme. This papper designed for children and adolescents, the elderly, the disabled, thefamily as well as the specific design scheme of volunteer service. The first is about thechildren and adolescents in the community service program:as the service object to5-15years old children and adolescents, including the specific design of community service,adolescent parent-child four thirty adventure and resilience training;the second is for theelderly who is over50years old services were designed, and it includes the formation offamily endowment community endowment service scheme for the elderly volunteers. The third plan is for the disabled community services: the disabled case tracking andlinking service in the community and outside design were included in the project.Finally, in the family services to the community: take the poor families as the mainservice targets, also covering the general family, designing the resources links services,psychological hot—line service.
