The Research Of 'Interaction Of Social Workers And Volunteers' Intervention On Community Home Pension Service

Today,grass-roots social governance has become the focus of government and society.In China,social workers and volunteer work are important forces to innovate social governance and promote community construction.They play a significant role in solving livelihood problems,providing public services and maintaining social stability.In recent years,the government has vigorously supported and promoted the development of social work and voluntary service,and advocated local conditions,innovating the cooperation mode between social workers and volunteers,and promoting the linkage of "social workers + volunteers",so as to promote the development of grass-roots social governance and community construction.For a long time,the community has been an important practice place for social workers and volunteers to cooperate.The community provides corresponding resources for social workers and volunteers to cooperate.Social workers and volunteers carry out community services with the support of the community.With the aging problem becoming more and more serious in our country,the community has become an important front to solve the problem of old-age care in our country,and the development of old-age service has become one of the key points of community work.Therefore,"dual-industry linkage" as a new service mode to intervene in community home care service has more practical research significance.Taking P community in Shenzhen as an example,this paper describes the development status and interaction of social workers and volunteers in P community through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews,and finds that there are problems in the cooperative operation mechanism between social workers and volunteers in P community.The cooperation between them can not meet the actual needs of the current community elderly groups.This paper will summarize the problems existing in P community's home-based pension service,and introduce in detail the practical process of P community's using "dual-industry linkage" to intervene in community home-based pension service,describing the different interactive changes between community social workers and volunteers in the process of intervention from the two operating modes of "social worker guidance + volunteer active participation" and "social worker guidance + volunteer full participation".To analyze the roleand specific function changes in the service process,and to analyze the actual impact of different modes of operation on the community home-based pension service.Finally,the author rethinks the practice process of "dual-industry linkage" intervention in community home-based pension service,and thinks that it needs sufficient financial support.In the process of linkage,social workers and volunteers need to clarify their roles,establish and improve the training mechanism of volunteers,and on this basis,put forward some solutions.For example,to improve the fund-raising mechanism,we should work in a multi-pronged way,not only to establish a multi-funding mechanism,but also to enhance the hematopoietic capacity of social workers and volunteers themselves.To clarify the role orientation of the service subject,we should not only clarify the specific responsibilities of social workers and volunteers in different stages of linkage,but also establish a fair evaluation mechanism to restrict the power of social workers in the process of linkage and ensure the correctness of linkage trend.In order to improve the mechanism of volunteer training,we should carry out corresponding services according to different types of volunteers,pay attention to service concept training,improve the mechanism of volunteer outgoing training,enhance the overall cohesion of community volunteers,and hope to promote the perfection of the "dual-industry linkage" operation mechanism,thus promoting the overall development of community home-based pension services and even community services.
