The Government Crisis Management Study On The Mechanism Of Rehabilitation Treatment

All kinds of crisis events have been occurring in countries, developing and developed alike, around the world, which have brought great losses to people’s lives and properties as well as countries’ economic development, some crisis events even threaten national security and social stability of the countries. Since the1990s, public crisis events have also been increasing in our country, and their frequency is increasing and their harm is becoming prominent. Therefore the expression psychological crisis intervention’ is constantly used after a public crisis. In the process of building a comprehensive well-off society and the harmonious socialist society, it has an important significance to deal with public crisis timely and effectively, to prevent and their negative effects, and to construct a complete system of psychological crisis intervention mechanism. These measures can better protect people’s lives and properties; keep the society in order, to ensure social stability, to promote the economic and social development in a comprehensive, coordinative and sustainable way. In this thesis, the author attempts to discuss the prospect and how to achieve them.This thesis starts from basic concepts of crisis and crisis management comprehensively, then proceeds with the history and actuality of crisis management and the problems existing in our country’s current crisis management, using the essential experience of the Western countries’ governmental crisis management for reference.Through expounding the construction of crisis management system in China systematically, this thesis draws the outline of the basic frame of Chinese contemporary crisis managing systems, discussing the establishment of the crisis detection system, of the crisis managing system, of the crisiscommunicating mechanisms, of the crisis decision-making system, of the crisis legal institutions and the crisis aftermath disposing mechanisms in every aspect.I think this thesis will do a certain significance to our country’s governmental crisis managing construction and perfection.
