With the development of science and technology, the using of the compositematerials and functional materials is very wide. Composite materials arenoticeable for its performance designing, stiffness, fatigue in all areas oflife. And research and engineering personnel pay much attention to them. Forthe interfacial mechanical double material, many scholars have achieved a seriesof achievements in the study of interface crack of orthotropic materials andisotropic biomaterial crack. But the study on the anisotropic and isotropicbiomaterials is relatively small at the moment. In this paper, the problems of the interfacial crack of anisotropic andisotropic are studied. According to the knowledge of elastic mechanics and thebasic equations of anisotropic and isotropic biomaterials, â… -interface crackmodel of anisotropy and isotropy biomaterials is built. By means of the complexvariable function theory of fracture and the theory of fracture mechanics, theproblem of the interface crack can be transformed into the boundary valueproblem of partial differential equations. According to construction of index ofstress function and the boundary conditions, the paper study eight linearequations with non zero solution, and in the end,the stress field of interfacecrack is studied. Finally we achieve the following results(1) The stress field and displacement field of semi infinite crack tip inanisotropic and isotropic bi material is obtained.(2) The stress field and displacement field of central through interface crackin anisotropic and isotropic bi material is obtained.(3) When the anisotropic material is transformed into orthotropic material, itcan be translated into orthotropic and isotropic bi material I type crack tip stressfield, verify the correctness of the result. The theory formula of the stress field of interface crack in anisotropic andisotropic biomaterials shows: the stress has a real singularity, in the vicinity ofcrack tip stress field, there is no oscillatory singularity, no embeddingphenomenon in the displacement of crack surface.
