| China’s coal industry as the major one-off energy industry, has been to provide a stableenergy security for the rapid development of the national economy. But exploitation of coalresources, has brought a series of environmental problems, the coal mining area integratedecosystem health was seriously affected. Based the contradiction of economic developmentand ecological environment, and the perspective of the mining area ecological environmentgovernance, drawing on the latest research results at home and abroad, using integratedecosystem management theory and emergy theory made a systematic research on coal miningarea integrated ecosystem management, has important theoretical significance and practicalsignificance..Based on the theories of integrated system, the concepts, structure, functions, features,ecological management objectives of integrated ecosystem in coal mine area was studied. Andthe coupling mechanism of the resources-economy-society-environment integrated ecosystemin coal mining area was discussed. And the exchange process of the material, energy, valueand information flows in integrated ecosystem are analyzed. The main problems faced by thecoal mine integrated ecosystem,including mining area ground subsidence and land cover,water pollution and groundwater damage, vegetation destruction and soil erosion, airpollution and waste residue pollution; Therefore, we should implement ecosystem protectionand maintenance strategy, ecological restoration and ecological reconstruction.Emergy theory and method was systematically discussed, A variety of ecosystemassessment methods was compared. The feasible of apply emergy analysis method toquantitative reaearch coal mining area integrated ecosystem was discussed. The model of coalmining area integrated ecosystem of input output and emergy flow model was constrcted, andtypical coal mining area of the emergy flow diagram was drawn.Emergy analyses method was used for coal mining, established coal mining areaintegrated ecosystem and its subsystem emergy evaluation index system, taking LongkouBeizao coal mine as the study case, unified the energy flow of mining area by the emergyindices. Each subsystem be quantitative researched, the problems of irrational use of resourses,land resource are relatively scarce be analyzed out. So the development of renewableresources,strengthen the construction of industrial clusters was propsed.Coal mining emissions impact on the ecological environment,destruction of vegetationon the loss of ecosystem service function and the influence of atmospheric pollutants onhuman health effects was evaluated, results show that the discharge of mine water, coalmining caused, have a greater impact on the ecological environment, dust pollution causegreat damage to human health, the surface subsidence reducing integrated ecosystem servicefunction, then, according to Beizao coal mine, put forward to strengthen comprehensive utilization of mine water recommendations to reduce dust concentration, control of miningcoal miningsurface subsidence, ground vegetation restoration. |
