The research was taken on their production managements and theability of emergency rescue of the three parties, which are the property, the propertymanagement companies and the enterprises. Thus the security management responsibilitieswithin the three parties, the core point and the problems in industrial park dangerouschemicals emergency operation would beclear. As we know the deficiency on theprevention and control of the chemical accident inthe industrial park, the advices will begiven and the steps will be taken to establish an interactive linkage on the platform ofindustrial park committee with the foundation of self-management. Together the modelofemergency operation management will besharing information,taking responsibilities, andreducing risks.
