With the continuous development of hot rolled strip steel rollingtechnology, the factors in the rolling process are becoming an important objectof study, including hot work roll thermal deformation which is an importantfactor affecting the production of hot-rolled plate. However, studies on the hotmill work rolls are more difficult, mainly its influencing factors and theboundary conditions are very complex. We have to deeply analyze the factors inprocess of hot strip rolling, research and establish a working roller temperaturefield and thermal roll-shaped mathematical model, develop high-precision hotrolling work rolls temperature field and thermal contour line simulationsoftware, because, it is not only important for the hot rolling work roll control,but also has important theoretical and practical value for the research onoptimize steel plateThe study research on roll thermal deformation,considering the heatexchange with the surrounding roll variety of media, the impact of convectionon the roll of thermal crown,simplify the three-dimensional problem totwo-dimensional problem through reasonable assumptions, analyze andcalculate the thermal deformation of the roll, finally tries to give an importantprocess parameters on the rolling roll thermal crown, and develop a model forthe use of effective off-line control, to achieve accurate prediction of thethermal crown of the rolls. Meanwhile, the time for the established modelrunning once is in microseconds. It meets the requirements of online computingfast response for future board strip temperature field and thermal roll-linecomputing provides some theoretical and practical basis. Details are as follows:1) Full account of the complex conditions of plate hot strip rolling,using thefinite difference method hot mill work rolls to establish mathematical model oftemperature field and thermal crown.2) Develop hot strip mill work rolls and thermal crown offline simulationsoftware by making use of VC++2008programming software, and with themathematical model established in this paper.3) To verify the rationality and reliability of the model by comparing the calculated value of domestic hot rolling mill factory1580measured data and themodel4) Analyze the average width of the strip products; affect the temperatureof the strip, cooling water temperature, rolling speed, rolling rhythm and otherfactors on the thermal crown of the work roll, and work out the hot rolling workroll thermal factor deformation of the law.
