Large-scale bottom horizontally adjustable three rolls bending machine is aspecialized forging mechanical equipment, widely used in electric power, coalmining mechanic equipment, offshore oil equipment, boiler and other heavymechanical industries. Driving system, as the key component during producingand manufacturing the equipment, has experienced the development frommechanically drive to machinery-hydraulic hybrids. With the continuousdevelopment of heavy industries, The higher degree of specification andaccuracy of the rolled plate of large-scale bottom horizontally adjustable threerolls bending machine are needed. Driving system has developed the directionof completely hydraulic drive, and hydraulic system also needs betterperformance and higher control precision. Computer simulation technology isused to design hydraulic system and analysis performance of hydraulic system,which can not only shorten the design cycle and save cost, but also can easilyimprove the system. It has become a necessary stage in the process of designingand improving hydraulic systems.First, analysis the basic parts, working principle and characters of thelarge-scale bottom horizontally adjustable three rolls bending machine.Hydraulic system loop of the large-scale bottom horizontally adjustable threerolls bending machine is designed according to the performance characteristicsand movement requested. Then, the main parameters of hydraulic componentsin the hydraulic system are calculated and the standard models of all hydrauliccomponents are selected. The high precision synchronous hydraulic drive of thetop roll hydraulic lift system and the completely hydraulic drive of the machineare achieved. Finally, the elevator and swing mechanism model of the top roll isbuilt by means of the AMESim computer modeling simulation software. Bycomparison of the simulation curve under the equilibrium state and theparameters values calculated in static condition. The validity of this simulationmodel is proved. Considering the working state of the bending machine inpractical condition, the system is loaded in virtue of electrical signals to study the dynamic behavior.The dynamic analysis indicated that the elevator and swing mechanismshows favorable responsiveness and stability under the given condition. Thevalidity of the designed hydraulic system is further confirmed. Thehydrodynamic shock phenomenon is improved by changing the parameters ofthe hydraulic elements in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system isoptimized. The working performance of the bending machine is improved andthe service life of the hydraulic elements is prolonged.
