There is an urgent need for the exploitation of special environment oil wells, deep oil wells and heavy oil wells, with crude oil reserves dwindling, the oil developing coming into the middle and late stages and the oil production becoming increasingly difficult. Facing these difficulties, the widely beam pumping is not competent for these problems and there must have a big research and discussion for the new pumping unit.From the development process of the oil pumping machine, the general trend of the development of oil pumping machine is toward the long stroke, large load, the precise balance, saving energy consumption, good adaptability development. Hydraulic transmission is an advanced technology in modern industry, and it has the character of high energy-intensive. It can minimize the volume and weight of equipment. The hydraulic pumping unit(HPU) based on the hydraulic pressure and hydraulic transmission technology can maximize the productivity of oil wells and prolong the service life of ground and underground equipments. It has good economy in oil recovery, especially for the later development stages of oil wells and for the heavy oil developing.This thesis developed a double-well mutual balance hydraulic pumping unit, this oil pumping unit based on the hydraulic transmission technology. The two cylinder of the HPU directly drive the sucker of the two oil wells, and the two oil-well pumps works alternately. The HPU get balanced by the alternate motion of the two cylinders.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:In the first chapter, firstly, there had a sharp contrast between beam pumping unit and the new type oil pumping machine through introducing the related background and each advantage. Then, the thesis showed a detailed analysis of the domestic and international development trend of hydraulic oil pumping machine and the research present situation. Finally, it shows proposed the research content and technical route.In the second chapter, designed the reasonable hydraulic system and presented a detailed analysis of the operating principle of the hydraulic system, based on the principle of hydraulic design and the function and work requirements of the system.In the third chapter, the thesis mainly analyzed and calculated of the load of oil pumping unit. The chapter obtained the stress state of pumping unit hanging point through the analysis static load, dynamic load and three friction load of oil pumping unit. Meanwhile, according to the requirements, we selected the relevant parameters and calculated the load value required for subsequent design. That the chapter working on pumping unit horse-head load analysis and calculation is an important part for the follow-up design calculation of hydraulic pumping unit (HPU).In the fourth chapter, We analyzed and calculated the pressure and flow of the HPU by analyzing the driving cylinder and the balance cylinder and storage.In this chapter, the design of the hydraulic system is the key to the subsequent design of the HPU.In the fifth chapter, according to the system pressure, flow and other parameters of the system, we designed and selected the component. By using three-dimensional design software SolidWorks we completed parts design and virtual assembly. Firstly, we calculated the parameters, selected the component, and designed the structure of the hydraulic drive-system, control valve, actuator and hydraulic auxiliary components; Secondly, we built three-dimensional mode of each component in accordance with the relevant technical manual and structural design parameters, using the SolidWorks software; Finally, we designed the table of overflow valve, reversing valve and hunt valve station, completed the virtual assembly of hydraulic system.In the sixth chapter, we ran the simulation and analysis of the designed hydraulic system, using AMEsim software..Firstly, introduced the characteristics and application of AMESim software, then correctly established the driving cylinder model, the balance cylinder model and the shunt valve model, and analyzed the characteristic curve separately of each model Finally, correctly established single-well oil production model of the hydraulic system and double-well oil production of the hydraulic system, analyzed the characteristic curve separately of each modelIn the seventh chapter, we summarized the main content of this paper, and put forward the prospects for further work.
