Integrative Therapy For Menopause Lessons Learned

Purpose:Discussion of the clinical treatment efficacy of menopausal syndrome for combined Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine.Material and Method:Chose the menopausal syndrome patient60case which treatmented in the shengyang wenmen and choldren’s hospital between december of2010to december of2011as the object of study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group for the experimental group(29case), one group for the control group(31case). Patients in the experimental group give western medicine combined with traditional Chinese treatment, patients in the control group only give hormone replacement therapy. Statistics the improve situation of clinical symptoms、treatment efficiency and the improve time of conscious symptoms obvious after the treatment. Compare between the two groups and statistical analysis.Results:1、The the improve situation of clinical symptoms of the experimental group is higher than the control group (P<0.05).2、The improve time of conscious symptoms obvious were significantly lower than the control group.(P<0.05).3、The the improve treatment efficiency of mean treatment, is higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1、The efficacys combined western medicine with traditional Chinese treatment menopausal syndrome is better than treatment only by hormone replacement therapy.2、At the same time, combined western medicine with traditional Chinese treatment menopausal syndrome can improve the patients’ quality of life. We can promotion of such treatment in the clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome patients.
