| Objective:The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huashi Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation of functional diarrhea, the clinical value of jianpihuashi Decoction in the treatment of functional diarrhea, to provide ideas, diagnosis and treatment of the new foundation and theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods:In60cases of outpatients with functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation belongs to, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huashi Decoction, the control group was given the treatment of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid. Two groups of patients were taking drugs two weeks respectively, by using the method of statistical analysis, comparing the total score, the two groups before and after treatment of the primary and secondary symptoms, at the same time safety observation.Results:The treatment group in improving symptoms. The total effective rate was93.3%, higher than83.3%in the control group, but no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The treatment group and the control group could effectively improve the TCM symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome patients, in the treatment of diarrhea symptoms have significant difference (P<0.05), prompting jianpihuashitang decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment of TCM syndrome. Two groups of patients should be effective follow-up, recurrent rate in treatment group was13.63%,47.05%in the control group, the long-term efficacy of the treatment group is higher than that of control group.Conclusion:No significant difference was found between the efficacy and Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid jianpihuashitang Decoction in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation, having obvious curative effect, and the wet spleen Decoction in the treatment of TCM syndrome has its unique superiority, non-toxic side effects, safe and effective. |
