Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Huashi Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy On Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Type Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huashi Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6(Oxaliplatin,Calcium folinate,Fluorouracil)chemotherapy regimen on postoperative patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type colorectal cancer.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,62 patients who underwent radical resection of spleen-deficiency and damp-type colorectal cancer in the three districts of our hospital were enrolled.A total of 62 patients were treated with stratified block randomization.For the treatment group and the control group,31 cases were treated with Jianpi Huashi Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 alone.Continuous observation of 4 cycles,14 days per cycle,comparative evaluation of immune function,tumor indicators(CEA,CA19-9),body weight,quality of life score(Karnofsky score)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and evaluation of the drug Security situation.Results:1 Immune index: After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the control group were higher than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).2 Tumor indicators: After treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CEA and CA19-9 between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3 Body weight: After treatment,the weight of the treatment group increased by 11 cases,15 cases were stable,and 4 cases were decreased.In the control group,the weight gain was 5 cases,the stability was 16 cases,and the decrease was 9 cases.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Quality of life(Karnofsky score): After treatment,the Karnofsky score of the treatment group increased by 11 cases,stable in 17 cases,decreased in 2 cases,the control group patients increased Karnofsky score in 6 cases,stable in 16 cases,decreased in 8 cases,the difference has statistics Academic significance(P<0.05).5 TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome efficacy index was higher than the control group,and there were statistical significance(P<0.05);The improvement in body fatigue,post-prandial bloating,and abdominal pain was significant.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 Safety indicators: After treatment,the leukopenia of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the degree of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and there were statistical significance;hemoglobin,platelet,aspartate aminotransferase There was no significant difference in the degree of creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Jianpi Huashi Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen can enhance immune function in patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type colorectal cancer.2.Jianpi Huashi Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen can stabilize the body weight,improve the quality of life and reduce the total score of TCM syndrome after operation for patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type colorectal cancer.3.Jianpi Huashi Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen for the changes of tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)in patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type colorectal cancer surgery is not clear.
