Objective To investigate the value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody, rheumatoid factor (RF) and immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) significance of combined detection in the early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Method95patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients,95patients with non RA patients with autoimmune diseases and other bone and joint disease patients according to the type of disease were divided into RA group and control group, the serum was detected with anti CCP antibody, RF and immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) level, method for quantitative detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody, immune transmission ratio of rheumatoid factor and detection of immunoglobulin nephelometry quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the results were analyzedResults The positive rate of95cases of anti CCP antibody, RF and immunoglobulin RA were respectively66.32%,80%and87.37%;95cases with negative control antibodies against CCP, RF and immunoglobulin were respectively75.79%,94.74%and45.26%; the sensitivity of RF diagnosis of RA is higher than that of anti CCP antibody, and specific anti CCP antibody, the positive predictive value for the diagnosis of RA, the negative predictive value was higher than that of RF; the sensitivity of combined detection of RF and anti CCP antibody was85.26%, with two separate detection improved. The combined detection of RF, CCP antibodies, immunoglobulin three index for the diagnosis of RA the sensitivity was97.89%, compared with the single detection and RF, anti CCP antibody combined. Conclusion The anti CCP antibody is a pair of RA has high diagnostic value of the serum, and RF and immunoglobulin joint detection, is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficacy of RA.
