TCM Literature Angina Pectoris Syndrome Elements And The Correlation Between The Severity Of Coronary Lesions

Purpose：To explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome elements and coronary arteriongraphy on angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease patients,looking for the TCM differentiation of symptoms and signsfor classification of syndrome standardization index of coronary heartdisease,to provide an objective basis for the prevention and control of coronaryheart disease in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicinetreatment.Material and Methods: Differentiate the syndrome0f the3021cases of anginapectoris of coronary heart disease from the document in the recent11years,whichdiagnosed by coronary arteriongraphy, extract syndrome elements,calculate thedata in the statistical methods, to observe the relationship between TCM syndromeelements and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Results：1.Syndrome factors extracted from large to small is as follows: blood stasis(33.07%), phlegm(21.51%), Qi deficiency(19.25%), yin deficiency(14.27%), qistagnation(4.31%),Yang deficiency (2.96%), cold coagulation (2.94%) and yangcollapse(1.51%).2. Qi stagnation, yin deficiency in the single branch lesion was significantlyhigher than that of the other two groups, blood stasis, phlegm in thethree-branchs lesions was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,cold coagulation, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Yang collapse in the threegroups were not significantly different.3.Significant differences of each syndrome factor in three lesions ofexistence(F=87.8851，P<0.0001). The comparison of three coronary artery disease,there was no significant difference of single and double branch, there wassignificant difference between single and three branch、double and three branch. Conclusion：1.among the syndrome elements of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heartdisease,blood stasis、phlegm、Qi deficiency and yin deficiency first place,otherssecond;among the syndrome elements in the single coronary artery lesions, qistagnation and yin deficiency first place,others second;2.among the syndrome elements in the three branch coronary artery lesions,bloodstasis ande phlegm first place,others second.3.The severity of coronary artery lesions is different, the main syndromeelement is different, suggesting that there is a certain correlation betweenthe results of coronary arteriongraphy and syndrome elements of angina pectorisof coronary heart disease paitents.
