Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(the Syndrome Of TCM Was Qizhi Xueyu) With Angina Pectoris Transdermal Patches

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects that angina pectoris transdermal patches cured the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(the syndrome of TCM was Qizhi Xueyu).Material and method:Patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which the syndrome of TCM was Qizhi Xueyu,were randomly assigned into two groups. The treatment group had 40 cases patients,and the control group had 40 cases patients.The patients in the treatment group were been treated by the standard western medicine and angina pectoris transdermal patches,the patients in the control group were been treated by the standard western medicine merely,14 days as one course of treatment.To observe the nitroglycerin dosage,myocardial ischemia in electrocardiogram,clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and living quality before and after the treatments,and to compare the curative effect between the two groups.Results:1. The improvement of living quality:The living quality(including 5 aspects about physical limitation,anginal stability,anginal frequency,treatment satisfaction and disease perception)were improved in both treatment group and control group,and the first four aspects of curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control one.2. The curative effect of angina pectoris grade:The effective rate of treatment group was91.7%,the control one was 86.8%,the angina pectoris grade was improved in both two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control one.3. The curative effect of angina pectoris integral:The effective rate of treatment group was94.4%,the control one was 86.8%,the angina pectoris integral was improved in both two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control one.4. The curative effect of TCM symptoms:The effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%,the control one was 81.6%,the TCM symptoms was improved in both two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control one.5. The curative effect of electrocardiogram:In the aspect of the myocardial ischemia in electrocardiogram,the curative effect of the two groups were unsatisfactory.6. The nitroglycerin dosage:In the aspect of the decrease of nitroglycerin dosage,the two groups had no obvious difference.Conclusion:Applying angina pectoris transdermal patches to cure the patients with the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,can relieve angina symptoms,improve TCM symptoms and living quality ulteriorly and securely.
