| Purpose:Research the medication regularity and its security of Pieces of Chinesemedicine treatment of breast cancer patients with long-term application. afterthe surgery.Material and method:Outpatients of breast cancer in the Tutor Yin who acceptPieces of Chinese medicine treatment after six months or more after the surgery,the disease ethnographic records combined surveys to collect data andstatistical analysis.Results:1ã€Patients get surgery or tissue biopsy pathology type:98cases of invasiveductal carcinoma(82%),The rest including invasive lobular carcinoma11cases,DCIS3cases, Adenosquamous carcinoma2cases, Medullary carcinoma2cases,Mucinous adenocarcinoma1case, Clear cell carcinoma1case, borderlinelobular carcinoma1case.1cases of recessive cancer,3cases of bilateralbreast cancer, and1cases of double cancer.2ã€10cases of tumor size can not be evaluated(8%). Evaluable patients with TNMstage0(TisN0M0)~â…¢ period. Only16cases belong to the low-risk with riskfactors for grading (13.4%).3ã€Neoadjuvant chemotherapy in16cases, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapyin115patients (96.6%), radiotherapy62cases. Take medication in19patientsduring chemotherapy and radiation (15.9%).86patients were combined withendocrine therapy.4ã€The peak time of the119qualified cases(83.8%of all142cases) take medicineis6months after surgery. The median time for medication is to13months aftersurgery.1to4years after surgery, the number of medication are90ã€96ã€50ã€29. The number of doses per capita monthly are15.6±3.9ã€13.9±4.5ã€10.6±4.4ã€7.1±3.9. No serious adverse reactions occurred of all patientsduring the medication. Conclusion:1ã€Chinese medicine treatment can be applied to various stages of breast cancerafter surgery, and achieved good efficacy. Especially in reducing sideeffects of chemotherapy and improving the quality of life with a uniqueadvantage.2ã€Since7months after surgery, patients started insist on the best medicationcompliance of taking Pieces of Chinese medicine about13months, a quarterof all patients adhere to take medicine for four years after.3ã€The research suggests a higher clinical needs of Chinese medicine in preventingtumor recurrence and metastasis for vast majority of patients.
