The Countermeasure Searches Analyzes About Some Problems Of The Powder Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces

Objective:In order to provide data and basis for the clinical application,quality control and scientific supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Powder, so as to ensure the drug effectiveness and the safety of the patient’s medication.Methods:Through comparing and researching the efficacy and indications.etc of medicine in powder which mentioned in the representative pharmaceutical monograph "Bencao Gangmu" and the China Pharmacopoeia (if no special instructions, below are referred to as "The Chinese Pharmacopoeia" 2010 Edition),and analyzing its usage, method and content, so as to understand the characteristics of the powder of TCM. With the method of clinical medicine research, sampled the powder of TCM clinical application of 2014 August to 2015 February in some areas of Sichuan Province as the object of investigation.Analysis the similarities and differences between the traditional and current clinical application,and know the existing problems of them and put forward to develop a proposal for the powder of TCM.Using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the traditional powder medicine,the other types of Chinese herbal medicine and the powder of TCM, compare the advantages or potentials of the present situation of internal factors and external environmental factors,and put forward suggestions to the supervision of the powder of TCM.Result:Classify the 100 kinds of TCM in powder form which collected in "Compendium of Materia Medica" and the 45 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine powder from clinical research according to the efficacy."Compendium of Materia Medica" give priority to with the heat-clearing drugs(15%) and deficiency nourishing drugs(14%),the main component of clinical application is deficiency nourishing drugs(42.2%).There are some differences about Efficacy and Indications in power of TCM between "Compendium of Materia Medica" and clinical application. Only 21 kinds of power of TCM in the collection of "Compendium of Materia Medica" also had powder medicine described in the Pharmacopoeia,but the description of the preparation methods and using methods are different.Monotherapy which collected in "Compendium of Materia Medica" compared with the medicine powder in clinical application,both of them for indications are described, the former describe the preparation method and taking methods, most of theml described the doses (98.4%),part of them (22.8%) describes the using time, The minority (9.8%) describes the course of treatment, but the vast majority of them (97.6%) did not describe the contraindications, and all of them without Validity. Medicine from clinical application including Validity,usage and dosage,some (29.7%) with the contraindications,but not for powder preparation methods and treatment course.Medicine from clinical application marked the implementation of standards for the Pharmacopoeia,there are differences in content and standard,they also noted the specifications,producing area information, most (97.7%) with the packaging specifications, the minority (2.9%) did not indicate information of raw medicine producing area.Enterprise qualification information have a production license (98.9%), GMP certificate (24.6%), production approval document number (11.4%), Sichuan Provincial certificate of organic and green of medicinal materials (8.0%),hygienic license(1.7%);Through the SWOT analysis,it is recommended that the application of SO (advantage and opportunity)strategy, adopts "The cooperation model by the government, enterprises and units with the abilty of study", fully grasp the advantages of market demand, with the help of a rich Chinese herbal medicine resources,to carry out the clinical application and quality control research work.Conclusion:There are great differences in the function, usage and other aspects,with the current clinical use of Traditional Chinese medicine Decoction Pieces powder and the "Compendium of Materia Medica" medicine in powder.Powder mentioned in "Compendium of Materia Medica" is valuable for the current clinical use of Traditional Chinese medicine Decoction Pieces powder.The government, enterprises, units with the abilty of study should cooperate to enhance the basis and clinical application research, especially the research of quality control.Only in this way can ensure patients’ medication safety.
