| With the development of the automated pharmacy technology, pharmacies of more and more hospitals are now using an automated pharmacy system. Currently, most automated pharmacy systems are designed for boxed medicine or bagged medicine, and relevant technologies are relatively mature. However, an automated pharmacy system designed for the intelligent mixture of the Chinese granular medicine is still in its infancy. The Chinese granular medicine features in less side-effect of the all-natural traditional Chinese medicine and decoction-free and portability of the western medicine, and is accepted by more and more patients. Therefore, the study on the automated pharmacy for Chinese granular medicine is more and more important.This thesis takes the automated pharmacy technology as a research background, and a new type automated pharmacy system for Chinese granular medicine is invented. The system mainly includes a pharmacy information management system, a mixture control system and a bottle storage management system, and can access to the hospital information system so as to realize automatic mixture of the Chinese granular medicine. In this thesis, the control system is divided into a movement control system and a bottle holder control system for analysis, and the design of the software and hardware of the control system is illustrated. The movement control system is formed by two parts, DSP and CPLD, and is mainly responsible for logic scheduling and signal processing of the dispensing process. The bottle holder control system is implemented by using MSP430F149as a main control chip, and is mainly responsible for controlling Chinese granular medicine dispensing dose.After the design for the software and the hardware of the control system is completed, by performing joint debugging and testing and program modification on the system, stale operation of the automated pharmacy system is guaranteed, and finally the expected requirement of the system is met. |
