Integration Of Callus In The Treatment Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures (liver And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Clinical Research PKP Surgery

Objective:Discusses integrated callus tablets in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) the protruding after vertebral plasty (PKP holds) for postoperative residual of low back pain symptoms curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptom integral, lower back pain (VAS score), back disability index (ODI integrals), the influence of the bone mineral density.Methods:Will from January2013to August2013in changsha city traditional Chinese spine surgery in-patient department meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease and in line with the diagnostic criteria of liver and kidney deficiency type,60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in medical order,30cases in each group. Treatment group after PKP holds for the integrated callus tablets, the control group after PKP holds to oral faeries bone remains. Observe two groups before and after treatment1,3,6month symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptom of total score, VAS pain score, compare ODI score, bone mineral density, etc.Results:1. The treatment group total effective rate was90.00%, control group total effective rate was86.67%, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), two groups of curative effect.2. The total score, in the comparison of the TCM symptom of1month of therapy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group is obviously better than the control group; March, June two groups after treatment there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)3. The two groups after treatment in patients with improvement of VAS pain score,1month,3months when the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group; June when comparing the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4. Two groups of patients after1month,3months,6months, in terms of ODI score, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), shows two groups of curative effect on improve the function of the back.5. In contrast, the two groups after treatment in June compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant, two groups of drugs can improve osteoporosis. Two groups of patients in June when the bone mineral density, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), shows that in terms of improving bone density, two groups of treatment, treatment group was less in the control group.Conclusion: 1.Integrated callus pieces can effectively reduce osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures after PKP holds residual lower back pain symptoms, improve the function of patients with the small of the back.2. Integrated callus can effectively improve patients with osteoporosis.
