Heat Syndrome Clinical Efficacy Of Hormone-dependent Facial Dermatitis Dehumidification Heat Treated

Objectives:The study was designated to investigate the effects o using Qingre-chushi decoction and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets t treat facial hormone-dependence dermatitis, according to th improvement of60patients’ skin lesions, itching and syndromes Assessing the curative effect of Qingre-chushi decoction.Methods:This randomized, controlled,4-week study assessed th efficacy of Qingre-chushi decoction to treat facial hormone-dependenc dermatitis. The samples were collected from60cases of facia hormone-dependence dermatitis, among which30cases were treated wit Qingre-chushi decoction as treatment group,30cases with cetirizin hydrochloride tablets as control group. Both groups were topical1boric acid solution and vitamin E cream. Forming an estimate of score and syndromes. The side-effects were evaluated both in the treatmen group.Results:After4weeks’ treatment, the scores of skin lesions itching and syndromes in both the treatment group (n=29) and the contro group (n=29) reduced obviously. The reducing rate of skin lesions i the treatment group was68.32%, higher than the reducing rate of ski lesions in the control group (49.47%). The reducing rates of itching i both two groups were almost similar. The reducing rate of syndromes i the treatment group was62.24%, higher than the other (34.75%). Th general efficiencies of skin lesions in the treatment group was82.76%higher than the other(58.62%). The general efficiencies of itching wa82.76%, similar with the other(72.41%). The general efficiencies o syndromes in the treatment group was75.86%, higher than th other(48.28%). During the treatment, one patient in the treatment grou appeared mild diarrhea, which symptom disappeared with no othe treatment after2days. Each group had one case off.Conclusion:The study showed that Qingre-chushi decoction was mor effective on skin lesions and syndromes in the treatment of facia hormone-dependence dermatitis, than cetirizine hydrochloride tablets These two drugs were essentially the same effect on relieve itching This task proved that Qingre-chushi decoction had better curative effec on facial hormone-dependence dermatitis. It should be deserved clinica generalization usage and further thorough researched.
