| There is a large number of people who infected by hepatitis B virus in our country. It brings a heavy financial burden to society. Cirrhosis is one of the important clinical outcomes of hepatitis B virus infection. The treatment of compensatory liver cirrhosis can delay the deterioration of cirrhosis. Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages on prevention of the disease. TCM therapy is based on dialectical. So in this research we use the methods and principles of epidemiology to explore the TCM Syndrome and characteristics of compensatory HBV-related cirrhosis.This paper consists of two parts, literature review and clinical research.Literature review:Part One mainly summarizes the understanding on the name, pathogenesis and therapy of compensatory HBV-related cirrhosis by the angle of TCM, expounds the academic ideology of Professor Ye Yong’an, and sets forth the latest domestic research progress on the therapy and TCM Syndrome for Hepatitis B virus-related cirrhosis. Part Two focuses on the research progress on the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of compensatory HBV-related cirrhosis by the angle of Western Medicine.Clinical Research:In this part, we choose105patients with compensatory HBV-related cirrhosis for clinical investigation. Then, the clinical date are analyzed by frequency statistics and factor analysis. In this way, we try to find the TCM syndrome of compensatory HBV-related cirrhosis and its characteristics, and explore the correlation between TCM syndrome and assay indexes.The studies have shown that the illness mainly locates in liver and spleen, as well as kidney and stomach. The syndrome is characterized by the actual situation mixture. The pathogenesis are related to dampness, heat, spleen deficiency, blood stasis, qi stagnation, kidney deficiency, qi deficiency, yin deficiency. Through this research, we also find that there is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome and AKP,HBsAg,PLT,PCT,WBC. |
