Clinical Effects Kidney Liver Treatment Of Male Infertility Asthenospermia

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Bushen Shugan decoction and Qilin pill in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of asthenospermia, change and in two groups before and after treatment of the TCM syndrome integral, sperm motility parameters are analyzed and compared, and make an objective and reasonable evaluation of the clinical curative effect of Bushen Shugan decoction.MethodThe case group:70cases of the kidney essence deficiency, stagnation of liver Qi in the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital Outpatient Department of Urology asthenospermia patients. Simple random divided into two groups, the treatment group (Bushen Shugan decoction) and control group (35cases in each Qilin pill). Semen routine examination and TCM syndrome score in all patients before treatment, and then treated by Bushen Shugan decoction (two times a day for one bag in a single sitting)or Qilin pill (three times a day for6g in a single sitting) after two months, recurrent hospital referral, check the semen and syndromes score.Statistical analysis:statistics before and after treatment were compared in two groups of data, comparison and analysis of Bushen Shugan decoction and Qilin pill in the treatment efficacy of asthenospermia difference.ResultThis research finally effectively the number of cases is67cases,34cases were effective cases among them (off1cases), control group33cases were effective(off2cases).Through statistical analysis results show that:in the aspect of improving sperm quality, the treatment group and the control group had significant difference before treatment after treatment (P<0.05), can improve sperm motility in patients, and no significant difference between the two groups. In the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with Chinese medicine,especially in the chills warm, poor mood, fullness in chest and hypochondriumand so on, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.ConclusionBushen Shugan decoction and Qilin pill in the curative effect were improved in the sperm quality significantly, but to improve TCM syndrome, Bushen Shugan decoction has more advantages, can greatly reduce the TCM syndrome score, therefore Bushen Shugan decoction can be used in treatment of kidney essence deficiency, stagnation of liver Qi type asthenospermia patients.
