Clinical Study On Treatment Of Asthenospermia With Chronic Prostatitis By Bixieqiangjing Decoction

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Bixieqiangjing Decoction on patients of asthenospermia complicated with chronic prostatitis,to compare the changes of various indexes before and after treatment,Preliminarily explore and explain Bixieqiangjing Decoction in the treatment of Asthenospermia with chronic prostatitis from the deficiency of spleen kidney and damp heat stagnation,which broadens the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the combined use of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of male infertility.Methods: A randomized controlled method was used in this study.70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Male Outpatient of our hospital as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The treatment group was 35 patients,they were given the combination of Bixieqiangjing Decoction as treatment;Other 35 patients,who were included in the control group,cases in the control group were treated with Levocarnitine Oral Solution combined with Qianlieping Capsules as treatment.All of them course of treatment is 3 months.Sperm quality,NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome score,PSEP before and after treatment were recorded and this data were statistically analyzed between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy.Results: In this study,35 patients were included in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group finally completed the observation of 31 cases,and the control group completed the observation of 32 cases.(1)The clinical efficacy of Asthenospermia: There was no statistical difference in the total number of sperm,PR,PR+NP between the two groups of patients.(2)The clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis symptoms: the patients were judged by NIH-CPSI symptom score.After treatment,4 cases was cured in the treatment group,4 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.63%;0 cases were cured in the control group,3 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 67.74%.After Ridit test,P=0.027<0.05,the curative effect is not equal between the two groups,it can be considered that the treatment group has better curative effect.(3)TCM syndrome scoring curative effect: After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were similar.Conclusion(s): Bixieqiangjing Decoction can improve sperm motility and reduce clinical symptoms of patients,significantly increase PR and reduce the total NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome score.After treatment,the PSEP of patients is reduced,and it can be used to treat asthenospermia with CP.In addition,the sperm motility of patients is related to clinical symptoms,and the increase in PR after treatment is positively related to the decrease in NIH-CPSI symptom score.The treatment based on "Deficiency of Spleen Kidney and Damp Heat Stagnation" can improve the sperm quality and fertility of patients,and at the same time can reduce the clinical symptoms caused by chronic prostatitis,relieve discomfort,reduce psychological burden,and improve the quality of life.
