E-Learning is a network, relying on modern information technology, the formation of a new mechanism of communication and interaction between learners form of teaching activities. With the rapid development of Internet, E-learning training as a new, more cost-effective form of training is being more and more enterprises attention and application. Based on the network environment online training and learning is different from traditional face-to-face training, more emphasis on a participatory, sharing and contribution, is a process and participatory learning. E-learning environment, learners in independent learning on the physical form of interactive behavior (with other learners, teachers and learning materials) would have a very important impact on the learning effect. Individual differences of learners with different personality traits, different preferences and learning needs, which have led to differences on the behavior of learners in the learning process. For E-learning training, how to understand the students’ personal qualities, such as learning styles, achievement goal orientation, in order to better improve the trainees online learning interaction effectiveness and learning outcomes will be the effectiveness of a remote training key issue. In this study, starting from the trainees’ learning styles and achievement goal orientation to study different learning styles and different achievement goal orientation of students in E-learning environment interaction and online learning effect, in order to find the learning style theory and achievement goal orientation theory network teaching role and improve the effectiveness of online learning interaction strategy. This study selected students for the study, divided into two research followed by visits. The first of the study based on the Kolb Learning Style Inventory, screening four different learning styles of students as subjects, research direct extraction of our students as recycling achievement goal orientation questionnaire by e-mail, at the end of the study. Both studies use Tencent QQ as an interactive tool to the salaries of a description of the method for learning content, to complete the two remuneration calculated entitled learning task. As an assistant, the author of the entire online learning process real-time intervention and to promote, observe and record all online interactive content. SPSS software for statistical data analysis, interactive behavior and online learning achievement of learners in the context of E-learning, and to explore the reasons of learning styles and achievement goal orientation, and put forward a strategy to improve the quality of online learning interaction. The study results show that:(1) learning style differences can cause different types of style learners online interaction frequency difference, and is involved in the interaction frequency learners degree of interaction will not necessarily deeper learning style differences not cause significant online interactive learning achievement difference;(2) three achievement goal orientation was the interaction frequency of significant differences, master orientation and academic performance was significantly positively related to performance avoidance orientation and academic achievement was a significant negative correlation results approaching the orientation and academic performance no correlation. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) differences in learning styles affect the interaction of learners in E-Learning process, and this effect is divided into two levels:both online interaction affect the frequency, but also affect the depth of online interaction;(2) E-learning environment, achievement goal orientation differences in the behavior of the learner interaction, the learner will also be online academic achievement goal orientation.
