Language standardization and teaching Chinese as a foreign language are closely linked, and the standardization of the language has a direct impact on language teaching. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a part of Chinese teaching, the work of Chinese standardization and the situations of Chinese standardization in real life are closely related to teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This article tries to take regional language environment in Dalian for example, from the language planning perspective, based on the theory of linguistics and social linguistics theory, mainly from the theory of functional grammar and Chinese standardization research results, especially in reference to some and teaching Chinese as a foreign language closely related to the norms and standards of language and characters and analyzes the regional language environment in Dalian as well as the influence on the foreign students in learning Chinese. From the perspective of language design, and all these will be a great help to teaching Chinese as a foreign language, what’s more, they will as well prove the practical value of this thesis.This article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background, the significance and the research methods of this thesis.In Chapter One, a huge amount of materials about the relationship between language standardization and Chinese teaching, regional Chinese teaching, mandarin and dialect teaching serves as a very persuasive support for this article;In Chapter Two the writer introduces the current situation of language environment in Dalian, including the situation of Dalian dialect, the situation of classroom language environment and the situation of the social language environment;Chapter Three focuses on influence on Chinese learning for foreigners;Chapter Four proposes three suggestions according to the analysis in the previous chapter, and its;The last part comes to a conclusion and points out the innovation and the shortcomings.
