Time series reflected a special ageand contained all Old Shanghai TV Series, they described the pictures of social life andurban culture by city image, history and memory.In the context of consumption culture, the images of Old Shanghai didn’t representthe current life realities, they catered the market and audience interested silently behindthe spiritual aspect. The masses don’t want to watch a real Old Shanghai in the history,they just devote to the beautiful imaginary city.
