Construction Of Sino-US Strategic Mutual Trust

The structural contradiction between China and the United States have become a fundamental obstacle hindering the development of the relations between the two countries further, if not control and guide, it can make the structural contradiction become the conflict between the two countries. So the current academic circles and the governments of both countries advocated to push strategic mutual trust, and "building a new power relationships". In this paper, through changing the cognitive factors, make the two countries foster mutual trust, and make the future relations between the two countries not be the rise of great powers in history tragedy again.This article is divided into three chapters, the first chapter content is divided into two parts, three sections. Section1, there are two innovation points:1, refer to the sociological definition of trust, extract the two core concepts of trust and define the china-us strategic mutual trust:the china-us strategic mutual trust is to reduce the uncertainty in the relationship between China and the United States, set up the hopes and expectations, to take measures to promote the common interests, achieve the goal.2, refer to the field of the classification of trust in international relations, has carried on the qualitative to china-us strategic mutual trust, and pointed out that china-us strategic mutual trust is based on the calculations and the external pressure and the instrumental trust, and lack of emotional trust which has become the most needs to solve. the second quarter and third quarter respectively discusses the construction of theoretical and practical, makes it feasible to build a china-us strategic mutual trust. Finally, as the third innovation of this paper, around the lack of emotional trust, puts forward the suggestion of building trust culture. The two countries should "foster positive emotions","achieving common development","international liability" and "deepen cooperation" four aspects to build trust between China and America culture.
