Thedevelopment of China ushered in the new era, new opportunities, development rapidly.Looking back, the achievements of China to draw attention of the world, but many problemsalso. So in the maintenance of social justice, effect is certain, the problem also appearconstantly. Transition to the cause of the phenomenon of social injustice involved in allaspects, needs the government to suit the remedy to the case, to take corresponding measuresto solve them. Methods in place, social injustice phenomenon is reduced. This article studythe issue of China’s social transition in terms of justice, designed to achieve two purposes: oneis expected to cause the social from all walks of life in today’s China is in rapid transition tothe justice problem seriously under special conditions; The second is to explore a road of thetransition of Chinese social justice, to build an economic development, democracy sound,science and education progress, cultural prosperity, social harmony and people’s happy life ofthe good society. This paper expounds the basic symbol of China’s transition period, basiccharacteristics and theoretical problems such as the connotation of social justice and socialjustice for the transitional period of China society of great significance. And through a lot ofreal data, reveals the injustices of the period of social transition in China, and the deep reasonsof the formation, finally discusses the transformation of China to achieve the path of socialjustice.
