Information resources of contemporary social and economic forces of competitionand contest of comprehensive national focal point, the national government has the mostcomplete and extensive information resources, how appropriate ways and means toimprove the utilization efficiency of these resources, namely, how to use value-added,China’s market economy lost development and improvement of living standards is avery important practical significance.
