Research purposes:Through a comprehensive understanding of the current situation sportslifestyle of90hind student group in Liaoning province, on the existing basis, this paper obtainthe structure of teenager group’s sports lifestyle in different regions and at various ages inLiaoning province, promote teenagers developing healthy life style.90hind student groups is aspecial group, it is the important period of enhancing teenagers’ health, forming a lifelongsports consciousness, developing good exercise habits. It is also an important part of thenational fitness program.Research methods: The methods of documents, questionnair, statistical figures areadopted.Research results: The average score of each factors of sports lifestyle of90hind sudentgroups in Liaoning province is totally good. It concentrates on1.7-2.4. That means most studentschoose “quite coform”. The average scores of social education and family economic conditiondimension are2.78、2.58, the scores are lower; Compared with different years, in the classroomeducation factor, social education, family education, family economy, internal stimulation, socialinfluence, the average score from high to low is middle school, high school, university. Middleschool, high school and university are exists significant differences(sig.=0.000); In comparisonof sex differences, sports class education, extracurricular education, external stimulation factorsshowed significant gender differences, girls were better than boys; girls were higher than boys inthe factors average scores of family influence, internal stimulation, but there is no significantdifference. Compared with city and coutryside, coutryside were better than city in eight factors;the reasonable duration time of participating in physical exercise for90hind groups shaped likean inverted "U" trend. Middle school and university were high, high school was low, exerciseduration was less20.80%, university duration was between30and60minutes which accountedfor46.22%of the total, the second was middle school which accounted for39.48%, the worstwas high school which accounted for20.80%, the duration time of high school studentsparticipating in physical activity was in the0-30minutes. It should be paid attention that moststudents participating in physical exercise is less than1hours every time, that’s far away fromthe target of one hour’s exercise a day which presented by Sunny Sports Program.Conclusion:(1) Sports lifestyle is composed of8dimensions, average score concentrateson1.7-2.5. We suggest monitoring education and cultivating students’ sports consciousness by three factors of school, family, society and eight factors.(2)In the comparison among grades, gender and regions, some dimensions existdifferences, we suggest to use social influence and media to gradually change the understandingof the parents’ sports lifestyle. Changing teaching concepts, reducing stress and homeworkburden of high school students to win more time to participate in physical exercise, in order toget healthy sports life.(3)We suggest strengthening the supervision of morning exercises, class-break setting-upexercise, create and innovate a Liaoning characteristics sports project which take the lead byschool departments and teacher in charge of a class.
