Sports college entrance examination is one of the main ways to select our country sports professional talents for ordinary institutions of higher learning sports students.How to improve the quality of sports students is an important problem faced by the sports college entrance examination in China.At present,with the deepening reform of national education and sports college entrance examination,the great changes have taken place in the sports college entrance examination from the enrollment system to exam content.This study mainly uses research methods,including the literature material method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The research object is the studying and training of sports students in Liaoning Province.The research from some aspects:culture learning,sports training,daily management,teachers and so on to investigate and analysis the influencing factors of learning and training.With the above results:to put forward the corresponding suggestions as theoretical reference for teachers to guide the sports students academic study and the practice of sports training.Research results show that:1.The enrollment and admission scores of sports college entrance examination had a down trending in Liaoning province.2.The training teachers in the college entrance examination are young teachers mostly,who have reasonable education structure but insufficient training experience.3.The exiting problems is so many,including clear training motivation but low autonomous learning ability,short training period,unclear special selection and sports injury.The unbalanced development between culture learning and sports training is the main obstacles for college entrance examination admission.4.The training management for sports students is strict,even setting up sports classes,but daily management is loose.Sports equipment in the schools can meet daily training,but indoor venues are still insufficient.5.The support degrees for learning more than that for training in parents of students who communicate with teachers in a lesser degree.The corresponding Suggestions:1.For better sports students,we can strengthen the construction of teaching staff,encourage sports teachers for further study,increase the opportunity for teachers to learn outside by learning the successful training methods and management experience in other parts to improve the ability of training guidance.2.According to the actual situation of students,there is a scientific and reasonable allocation of learning and training time.If condition permits,schools try to arrange students to set up sports culture learning class in isolation which is equipped with high-quality faculty and strengthen management.3.The schools set up strict management system:strengthen management for the plan of training and focus on implementation of the plan to ensure the quality of training.4.School should increase the sports funds input,improve sports facilities and equipment,reduce the hidden trouble in security sports equipment and facilities.5.Schools should make good communication with students' parents to strengthen injury prevention knowledge and reduce the occurrence of sports injury.
