Young migrant worker who is one of the main forces of city construction in urbanization and industrialization process since the opening-up reform will play an important role in the comprehensive well-off society construction. Young man from18to35yeas old is the backbone of migrant workers. In order to take targeted measures providing them with suitable education, to satisfy the national need to improve citizen comprehensive quality and international image, to help them make a more decent life in city, to promote young rural surplus labor force to transfer continuously from rural area to city, we have to grasp their growing backgrounds, unique characteristics, education needs, which are beneficial to the acceleration of urbanization and construction of harmonious society.First of all, I will take an empirical analysis of training needs, training wishes and influencing factors analysis, training elements comparative analysis in Changchun City. And then, while summarizing some vocational experience, analyzing a series of problems and contradictions existing in training process. Such as most migrant youth in the Changchun City have a strong demand for occupation training,.because of the cost of training and training effect, resulting in training participation rate is not high. At the same time, the government and training organizers did not establish effective mechanisms of cooperation:some training content one-sided, training system is not perfect, training mode and be no good feedback mechanism and so on, lead to the effect of training to achieve the desired.Last but not the least, proposing some suggestions to meet their vocational training needs from public policy, economics and pedagogy aspect. After comparing training elements and training options, I put forward some suggestions meeting new generation migrant workers’ continuing educational needs from innovation view which are to suggest government and training organization to increase vocational training analysis to make reasonable training plan and training content. As a special group, young migrant workers would adapt to the city life, take more opportunities to develop their personal development space and establish their multiple effective vocational training pattern if we created some compensation education modes, such as compensation education. Government, enterprise, training institutions and migrant workers, other social forces will play their proper role forming network linkage to improve the whole rural migrant workers training effect.
