Thisnuclear industrial spirit is the nuclear industry person’s centripetal force, cohesion,staying power and ideology combined together will, is to inherit and carry forward theChinese national spirit, and is the spirit reflected in the nuclear industry and theprecious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation dedicated by the nuclear industry.In recent years, China’s nuclear industry is facing the challenge of independentinnovation and nuclear safety, and the party and state has higher requirements andexpectations on the nuclear industry. Nuclear type of university students is the elite ofnuclear industry in the future, is to realize the hope of China’s nuclear industry fromlarge to strong. The nuclear industry spirit cultivation of university students, is toresponse to the call of the party and state, is one of the important tasks of ideologicaland political education of nuclear industry university students, is a profoundprofessional ethics education according to the characteristics and employmentdirections of the nuclear university students, is to establish a good thought foundationfor the nuclear industry talents cultivating.Full-text revolved around the topic of nuclear industry mental training of nuclearuniversity students launches an elaboration. It has two parts, the first part isintroduction, and the second part is the body, divided into four chapters. Theintroduction section is the introduction to the domestic and foreign research presentsituation, the research significance, the research of the basic ideas and methods andthe main innovation points. The first chapter is an overview of nuclear industry spiritcultivation of nuclear major’s university. This section of nuclear majors division ofthe development process of the five stages, defines the related concepts to cultivateuniversity students’ spirit of nuclear industry nuclear majors and nuclear industry isexpounded the connotation and essence of the spirit, analyses the necessity to cultivate university students’ spirit of nuclear industry nuclear majors. The secondchapter is the present situation and analysis of the cultivation of nuclear major’suniversity students’ nuclear industry spirit. Section1of this chapter summarizes thenuclear industry nuclear class university students’ mental training, the mainachievement and main problems of the cultivation of nuclear major’s universitystudents’ nuclear industry spirit. Reasons for these problems of the cultivation ofnuclear major’s university students’ nuclear industry spirit are analyzed in the section2. The third chapter expounds the main content to cultivate nuclear industry spirit ofnuclear major’s university students, including the four aspects: patriotism cultivation,responsibility consciousness, strict and careful attitude cultivation and the cultivationof innovation spirit. The fourth chapter discusses the ways to cultivate nuclearindustry spirit of nuclear major’s university students mainly from three aspects: themain channel role of ideological and political education, the guiding role of campusculture construction, and the function of social practice.
