Intergenerational Mobility Based On Three Generations Of Nuclear Industry

Intergenerational mobility,as the degree of social openness and class configuration,has always been the focus of social stratification.Great changes have taken place in China's social structure under the planned economic system and market economy system.In 1978,China entered a new period of reform and opening up,China's economic structure,industrial structure and professional structure of industrialization and the establishment of market economy has been reformed.However,there are special industrial groups,such as the nuclear industry is a special unit of the country in the early years of the establishment of the special industrial units,by the national policy and economic system changes and the formation of a special inter generational mobility.In this paper,based on the theory of social mobility and social stratification,using the method of sociological analysis,with the example of a company in the nuclear industry construction unit,from the nuclear generation to the two generation of nuclear and then to the nuclear generation of the three generation flow analysis.To set up 58 years of construction of nuclear power units as the background perspective,based on literature analysis and interview survey,and a construction unit of the nuclear industry nuclear generation,two generation and three generation nuclear nuclear one-on-one interviews,analysis of the two generation and the three generation of nuclear nuclear education after graduation and flow through the development of the survey data,and the special nuclear power industry combining the status of the nuclear industry of a company through the empirical analysis of "intergenerational mobility",reflect the changes of the unit system,which can reflect the Chinese social vicissitude and the development status.Chinese after reform of nearly 40 years of history,the transition from a planned economy to China characteristics of the socialist market economic system,from two yuan to two yuan of economic structure development of dual economic structure,the China social structure tends to become more open and free,China growing economic strength,is an effective way to achieve social harmony.However,the influence of the market economic system still exists,and the phenomenon of materialism is becoming more and more serious.Compared with the industrialized countries,China still has a certain gap.At present,the gap between urban and rural areas in China,the regional gap is larger,the differentiation between the rich and the poor is becoming more and more serious.It is not easy to establish and perfect the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
