Study On The Ideological Education And Management Of Cross-cultural Adaptation Of Overseas Students In Xinjiang

The majority of overseas students studying in Xinjiang from Xinjiang surrounding areas, althoughthere are quite a number of cross-border nationalities existence in these areas, they have something incommon,such as religion, eating habits,between residents of these foreign countries and minorities ofXinjiang.Generally speaking there is a huge difference in terms of social system, language, culture,religious traditions and the level of economic development, social stability between Xinjiang and thesecountries.Therefore,overseas students in Xinjiang must face the cross-cultural adaptation problems andwhich is the problem of Shihezi University, Xinjiang Medical University mast solution during themanagement. We must pay much attention to this issue and base on this important point.Based on theabove thinking and judgment, the thesis discusses the following aspects, and to illustrate the followingpoint.This paper focus on the ideological condition of overseas students under the view of cross-culturalAdaptation.The thesis summarizes some relevant research achievements of domestic researchers on thisthesis, the basic and core theories that the paper need to reference, research ideas and research methodsand so on,take Shihezi university, Xinjiang Medical University as example, adopts questionnaire surveymethod, interview method, analyzes the status quo of cross-cultural adaptation of overseas students inXinjiang.Analysis the reasons why the cross-cultural adaptation of overseas students exists someproblems from the point of individual,management of the univertity, ideological education,differenceand conflict of cultural and value.Anchoring by the reasons that exists at the cross-cultural adaptationof overseas students in Xinjiang,Based on this, author proposes a series of operable and targetedcountermeasures, such as how to manage overseas students efficiently and scientific,how to guiding thestudents and pay great attention to the individual and environment education of overseas students andput the ideological education of overseas students under the system of the teaching management.
