purpose of research:By designing a set of scientific and reasonable effective collegestudents self education ability evaluation system to improve the students’ ability of selfeducation and to probe into self education ability’s solution, so that we can enhancepertinence and effectiveness of the work.Research method: literature material law, expert interview method, comparative studymethod, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method.Research results: University students’ self education ability evaluation index system inLiaoning province was determined by experts’ questionnaire, including three first-levelindicators,10secondary indexes,26tertiary indicators, and college students’ self-educationability evaluation system of index weight in Liaoning province was rediscussed throughExpert Evaluation Method. And three indicators were selected as the primary index,according to the weight coefficient of each index, they are A cognitive competence, BExperience ability, C control ability; A1ideological quality, B1social practice, C1schoolregulations etc.10indicators as a secondary indicator; A11honesty and trustworthiness, B11Complete your homework earnestly, C11No violations in the semester etc.26indicators astertiary indicators. After expert empirical screening, we have built college students’self-education ability evaluation system. This system application experiment was studied inShenyang Sport University. The ability of college students is not going to finish in a shorttime, so this is a long-term system experiments. The experimental study was carried outduring the school year from the students’ cognitive ability, experience ability and controlability. Before the trial we will quantify half semester according to the evaluation system ofappraisal indicators. After the experiment, we will monitor and then quantize according to theindicators evaluation system requirements. Finally the research results of before and after theexperiment, using the SPSS for statistical analysis and Through the T test to verify therationality of the index. Eventually we have built the evaluation system of college students’self-education ability in colleges in liaoning province, Careful completion of the operationand morning and evening self-study attendance are removed from the system in thethree-level indicators because there are no differences before and after the experiment.Conclusion: To build the evaluation system of college students’ self education ability inLiaoning province, and confirm college students’ self education ability evaluation system ofindex weight, the rationality of the evaluation index system was verified through theexperiment.Suggests:1. seriously carry out the implementation and monitoring of work aboutevaluation system of college students’ self education ability in Liaoning province;2. makeinnovation of college students’ self-education ability evaluation system to arouse theenthusiasm of students’ self education.3. Pay attention to actual effect of college students’ selfeducation ability evaluation system, giving full play to the advantages of students themselves.
